Filter press working principle:
The hydraulic pressure mechanism of the filter press is composed of
a hydraulic station, an oil cylinder, a piston, a piston rod, and a
Huffland card hydraulic station where the piston rod is connected
to the pressure plate. The motor, oil pump, and relief valve
(adjust the pressure) are replaced. Direction valve, pressure
gauge, oil circuit, fuel tank.
Filtration method: The filtrate flows out into clear flow
filtration and dark flow filtration. Open-flow filtration. A water
nozzle is installed on the liquid outlet below each filter plate,
and the filtrate intuitively flows out of the water nozzle.
Underflow filtration, a liquid outlet channel hole is provided
below each filter plate, and the liquid outlet holes of several
filter plates are connected to form a liquid outlet channel, which
is discharged through a pipe connected to the liquid outlet holes
below the thrust plate.
Washing method: When the filter cake needs to be washed, there are
sometimes one-way washing and two-way washing, and underflow
one-way washing and two-way washing.
The filter mechanism is composed of a filter plate, a filter frame,
a filter cloth, and a pressing diaphragm. Both sides of the filter
plate are covered with a filter cloth. When a pressing diaphragm is
required to be configured, a set of filter plates is composed of a
diaphragm plate and a side plate. The two sides of the base plate
of the diaphragm plate are covered with a rubber diaphragm, the
outer side of the diaphragm is covered with a filter cloth, and the
side plate is an ordinary filter plate. The materials enter the
filter chambers from the feed holes on the thrust plate. The solid
particles are trapped in the filter chamber because their particle
size is larger than the pore size of the filter medium (filter
cloth), and the filtrate flows out of the liquid outlet hole below
the filter plate. When the filter cake needs to be squeezed out, in
addition to pressing with a diaphragm, compressed air or steam can
be used to pass in from the washing mouth, and the airflow flushes
out the water in the filter cake to reduce the water content of the
filter cake.
(1) Filtering method
The way of filtrate flowing out was clear flow filtration and dark
flow filtration.
A. Open-flow filtration: A water nozzle is installed on the liquid
outlet hole under each filter plate, and the filtrate intuitively
flows out of the water nozzle.
B. Underflow filtration: there are liquid outlet holes under each
filter plate, and the liquid outlet holes of several filter plates
are connected to form a liquid outlet channel, which is discharged
through the pipe connected to the liquid outlet holes under the
thrust plate.
(2) Washing method
When the filter cake needs to be washed, there are one-way washing
and two-way washing in the open flow, and one-way washing and
two-way washing in the dark flow.
A. The open flow one-way washing is that the washing liquid enters
from the washing liquid inlet hole of the thrust plate in sequence,
wears the filter cloth and then the filter cake, and flows out from
the non-porous filter plate. At this time, the outlet water nozzle
of the porous plate is closed State, the outlet nozzle of the
non-perforated plate is open.
B. Open-flow two-way washing is that the washing liquid is washed
twice from the washing liquid inlet holes on the upper side of the
thrust plate, that is, the washing liquid is washed from one side
and then from the other side. The outlet of the washing liquid is
the same as the inlet. Angle direction, so it is also called
two-way cross washing.
C. Underflow unidirectional flow cleaning is that the washing
liquid enters the perforated plate from the washing liquid inlet
hole of the thrust plate, passes through the filter cloth and then
the filter cake, and flows out from the non-porous filter plate.
D. Undercurrent two-way washing means that the washing liquid is
washed twice from the two washing liquid inlet holes on the two
sides above the stopper, that is, the washing is washed from one
side and then from the other side. The outlet of the washing liquid
is diagonal. Direction, so it is also called underflow two-way
cross washing.
(3) Filter cloth: Filter cloth is a main filter medium. The
selection and use of filter cloth has a decisive effect on the
filtering effect. When selecting, it is necessary to choose a
suitable filter cloth according to the PH value of the filter
material and the particle size of the solid. Material and pore size
to ensure low filtration cost and high filtration efficiency. When
using, make sure the filter cloth is flat and not discounted, and
the pore diameter is unobstructed.
